Conclusion
Employee satisfaction can be well understood in terms of its connection with some key factors such as well- being, stress at work, control at work, working condition etc. employee satisfaction is based on how the organization treats them, effective employee satisfaction for individuals reflects from the emotional feeling they have about their job.
High job satisfaction effectively leads to the improved organizational productivity, decreased employee turnover, and reduced job stress in modern organizations. Job satisfaction leads to a positive ambience at the workplace and is essential to ensure the higher revenues for the organization.
There are key responsibilities with the HR Department of the organizations as they are the main decision makers of employee retention.
Creating and overseeing new employee recruitment
Interviewing job candidates and sharing their evaluations with other managers
On boarding new employees
Managing any necessary employee training
Serving as a link between stakeholders and employees
Researching, compiling, implementing and maintaining employee benefits packages
Planning special events and outings
Developing and enforcing corporate policies and procedures
Consulting with other leaders on human resource issues
Scheduling and coordinating vendors, specialists and support staff
Mediating workplace conflicts
Hiring and firing employees
Ensuring an organization adheres to all laws and regulations
Managing payroll processes
Making recommendations to better utilize team members
Developing initiatives to improve employee job satisfaction
With the right decisions of HR department employees will be satisfied with their work life and also their personal lives.Satisfied employee can be easily directed to achieve organizational goals.

Yes.As you mentioned HR Department has a vital responsibility regarding job satisfaction of employees as they are the main descision makers of employees.Also at present banking job is a stressful job with targets and work load.However if employees are satisfied with how they'll be treated they will give their best to organization.

DeleteYou have explained this through different aspects of the same topic. It is not practical to connect the employees directly with the owners of the organization. Those organizations are not trying to do it in the right way. But that suggestion is a very valuable suggestion.
